That background includes leading multi-channel digital delivery, coordinating agencies and suppliers, and translating technical complexity into decisions boards can actually make.

The focus today is not on creating more projects, but on helping SMEs invest wisely — deciding what should be built, and just as importantly, what shouldn’t.
